Small, but wow

Why 10 people can move so much at our agency
An agency with just 10 people—and a portfolio others would need twice as many for? Sounds like magic, but it’s actually the result of one clear principle: excellent interface management, lived teamwork, and a culture that rewards collective creation.
-
Interface management: Smooth, not stressful We love clarity. Everyone knows who does what, when—and what it means for the others. That prevents duplicate work, saves time, and allows us to deliver projects at high speed.
-
Sharing knowledge instead of hoarding it There’s no “mine-yours” mentality here. Whoever finds a solution shares it. Whoever has a question gets an answer. Sounds simple, but it makes a huge difference—because it makes us faster, more flexible, and more innovative.
-
Teamwork as our DNA This isn’t about lone wolves showing off their egos. Of course, individual performance is recognized—but we mainly celebrate what we achieve together. Because successes that grow collectively are the most sustainable ones.
-
Courage to take responsibility Everyone here carries more than what a classic job description would suggest. But that’s exactly what makes the difference: those who don’t just execute but think and shape along the way turn a lean structure into a powerful system.
-
No unnecessary processes Meetings that go nowhere? Don’t exist. Complex hierarchies? Neither. We rely on direct communication, clear decisions, and pragmatic solutions. Because time is valuable—and we use it for what truly matters.
Conclusion: It’s not about the size of the team, but about how it works together. And that’s our real success factor.
